There's a common theme with all these google reviews - terrible customer service. The lady who served me was very rude and ill-tempered, I felt pressured to order quickly. As i was ordering, she would say some items werent available, which wasn't a problem to me, but then proceeded to prescribe other options for me and scribbled down on the ticket (in a rather aggressive manner) her own selections. When I decided i didn't want what she had selected, she (again, aggressively) scribbled out her own order and took down my order, and ordered me to pay for that" - I could tell this was not a language barrier issue

I had roast duck with rice my husband had roast duck with soup noodles.$12, per head, really good value and the duck was succulent and delicious.The service however was awful.Get your own drink you won't be offered one and don't expect a smile or a hello because you won't get that either.3 stars because of the service 4 or possibly 5 for the duck.

We ended up here because a bunch of my relatives insisted on Chinese cuisine on a Monday when most are closed.All I'll say is the low reviews of this joint from the food to the service is pretty spot on. Food was at least edible and no one got food poisoning, the lady who served us is hilarious...rile her up a bit for an experience to remember.If you're use to white washed Asian food, you'd have a blast, no probs.

Visited for dinner about 2 weeks ago after a tiring day at work and was informed that our order would only be taken if we paid upfront at counter. This policy was enforced despite the fact that my wife is pregnant, and it left us feeling discriminated.We observed a family of four seated next to us was allowed to order and dine in without being subjected to the same requirement of upfront payment. To add to it a lack of interest in working from the restaurant staff was clearly shown by the horrible customer service.As individuals of Indian origin, this unequal treatment was both disheartening and distressing. We firmly believe that no customer should be subjected to such discriminatory practices, and it has greatly tarnished our perception of your establishment. We will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.
